This writ petition is filed seeking enhancement of age of superannuation from 60 to 62 years.

The Petitioner had retired from service on 31.01.2023 on completion of 60 years.

As the Petitioner has completed 62 years of age, no further orders can be passed at this stage and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand dismissed.
