The petitioner is challenging the inaction on the part of the respondent in not conducting an investigation in Crime No. 22 of 2023 on the file of Karamachedu Police Station, Bapatia District, which was filed by the petitioners for the alleged offences under Sections 427, 447 read^with34of I PC.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the^{learnedAssistant} Government Pleader for Home submitted that the 4“" respondent completed the investigation and charge sheet is filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Parchur on 14.02.2025 v/de R.No.177 of 2025.
