Heard Sri Karthik, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri V. Nitesh, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners and Sri Anudeep Nalluri, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. Satish Chandra, learned Standing Counsel for APIIC.

Sri Anudeep Nalluri, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. Satish Chandra, learned Standing Counsel for APIIC has submitted the Written Instructions submitted to the Zonal Manager, APIIC Ltd., Kadapa, dated 22.12.2025. Copy of the Written Instruction is also furnished to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners. This Written Instruction is taken on record.

Relevant portion of the Written Instruction is usefully extracted hereunder:

“10. It is to submit that the Writ Petitioner filed the instant writ petition in respect of land in Sy.No.657, however, the APIIC got possession of the lands to an extent of Ac.10.54 cents situated in Sy.No.699/1 an extent of Ac.49.46 cents situated in Sy.No.699/3, totaling to an extent of Ac.60.00 cents. Hence, the subject lands claimed by the Petitioners in the Writ Petition are not related to APIIC land.”

The above extract as well as the prayer in the Writ Petition would both indicate that the Writ Petitioners are complaining of threat of dispossession of their lands which are situated in Sy.No.657. Whereas, the above extract of the Written Instruction would indicate that the APIIC has got possession of land of an extent of Ac.10.54 cents Sy.No.699/1 and an extent of Ac.49.46 cents in Sy.No.699/3 totaling an to extent Ac.60.00 cents. It is also stated that subject lands claimed by the Writ Petitioner in the Writ Petition are not related to the land belonging of APIIC.

Having so recorded, this Court is of the opinion that no further consideration in this Writ Petition is necessary. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, liberty is given to the Writ Petitioners to seek survey

of the land and get their lands demarcated, if so advised. No Order as to Costs.

With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
