Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition, stating inter alia that the respondents have promised to consider the petitioner's bank for a compromise, subject to the withdrawal of the present writ petition. Accordingly, he has been instructed to withdraw the same.
