Learned counsel for the petitioner represented that pending contempt case, the respondents have complied with the order of this Court dated 12.04.2023, by reappointing the petitioner as Field Assistant, Porumamilla Gram Panchayat, Porumamilla Mandal, Y.S.R. Kadapa District vide proceedings bearing Rc.No.811/HR/FA/BDL/2024, dated 21.02.2025.

In view of the reappointment of the petitioner, the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents and no further orders are necessary in this Contempt Case.

Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Contempt Case shall stand closed.
