The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents, more particularly respondent Nos.4 and^{5inrejectingthe} family member certificate applications of the petitioners^made vide Application N0.FAMCOI2403504991 dated 28.05.2024 and^Application No.FAMC012403562027 dated 19.11.2024.

The Writ Petition was listed before this Court on 07.02.2025 before this Court and this Court directed the petitioners^toproduceall the documents to the Tahsildar and further directed^{tofileproofbefore} this Court. When a query is made by this Court, learned^{counselforthe} petitioners would submit that as directed by this Court,^{thepetitioners} produced all the documents before the concerned authority on 18.02.2025.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the authorities would pass appropriate orders and requested to grant a reasonable time.

Therefore, the present Writ Petition is disposed of,^directingthe respondent No.4-Tahsildar to conduct an enquiry and^{passappropriate} orders on the documents filed by the petitioners herein,^{asexpeditiously}
