Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the illegal action of the respondent no.4 in violating the agreement dated 03.07.2015 which has been valid up to 30.06.2017 by trying to vacate the petitioner shop bearing No.10-2/3-1A situated at Nidadavolu Town, West Godavari District without following due process of law is illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural and consequently direct the respondents not to vacate the shop/ premises of the petitioner bearing No. 10-2/3-1A situated at Nidadavolu Town, West Godavari District until the subsisting remaining lease period completed

Sri Eswar Sai Teja, learned counsel, requested two weeks time. This Court already accommodated the learned counsel for petitioner three times i.e., on 10.11.2025, 24.11.2025 and 01.12.2025. Now, his request is rejected.

The short grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is that respondent authorities are trying to vacate the petitioner from shop No.10-2/3-1A, situated at Nidadavolu Town, West Godavari District, without following due procedure of law.

On perusal of the writ affidavit, it appears that lease was granted for the period from 01.07.2015 to 30.06.2017. Lease period was expired long back. Therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition to adjudicate further.
