Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more in the nature of Mandamus declaring Action of the respondents in not considering the claim of the petitioner for selection as Assistant Engineer (Electrical) in S.C. General Category of Zone -IV In pursuance to the Notification No.1/CGM(Adm.IS&EPR)/2017 dated 4.03.2017 issued by the 1^st respondent and taking steps to carry forward to the next recruitment is arbitrary, illegal, unjust and violative of Articles 14, and 16 of Constitution of India and contrary to Judgments of this Hon’ble Court in W.P.No.24944 of 2013 dated 26.8.2013 and the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No-039-s 10583-10585 of 2017 dated 17.8.2017 and consequently declare that the petitioner is entitled to be selected and appointed as Assistant Engineer (Electrical) in S.C. General Category of Zone -IV in pursuance to the Notification No.1/CGM(Adm.IS&EPR)/2017 dated 4.03.2017 issued

The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of

this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
