ORDER:-

The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“… to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.2 to 9 in trying to dispossess the petitioner from his agriculture land in Sy.No.469 to an extent of Ac.1.08 cents situated at Nandyalampeta Revenue Village, Mydukur Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, without issuing any notice to the petitioner, without following the due process of law, without paying compensation to the petitioner, is highly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, violation of Principles of Natural Justice and also in violation of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, apart from violation of National Highways Act, 1956 and consequently direct the respondent No.2 to 9 not to dispossess the petitioner from the agriculture land in Sy.No.469 to an extent of Ac.1.08 cents situated at Nandyalampeta. Sri Akkem Srihari Virat, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the

issue involved in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 22.12.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.13064 of 2023 and requested to pass similar order in the present writ petition as well.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue does not refute the said submission.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of, in terms of the order dated 22.12.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.13064 of 2023 and for the reasons recorded therein. There shall be no order as to costs.

Office is directed to enclose a copy of the order dated 22.12.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.13064 of 2023 to this order.
