Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to issue appropriate Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, by declaring the a^on of the respondents 2 to 6 in not taking action on complaints dated 07.11.2024 and 22.11.2024 against Respondent No. 7 in allowing the respondent No. 9 and 10 to trespass into petitioners land admeasuring Ac. 6-28 Cents in Sy. No. 504, Situated at Buttaigudem Village and Mandal, West Godavari (Eluru) District by interfering with the possession of petitioners and right to life and liberty without there being any procedure established under law as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, besides violative of Principles of Natural Justice and also various provisions of law under different statues and may be further directed the respondent No. 7 and 8 not to support the illegal acts of the Respondent No. 9 and 10 in part of my land admeasuring 6-2^ents in Sy. This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction on the part of the respondent Nos.2 to 6 in acting on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.11.2024 and 22.11.2024 against the respondent and facilitating the unofficial respondents to trespass into the petitioner’s complaint.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the police have conducted the preliminary enquiry issued under Section 173(3) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023^{andhaveclosedthe}

issue as settled.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps before the competent^Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
