ORDER:

Shorn of all unnecessary facts asserted in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the specific case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the land to an extent of Ac.0.29 cents in Sy.No.10/2 and Ac.1.18 cents in Sy.No.10/4 in total Ac.0.68 cents at Gandlapalli Village, Chittoor Mandal, Chittoor District by doing agriculture without any interruption from anybody and he acquired the subject land from his ancestors. He has submitted an F- Line application No.DER012501568915, dated 08.09.2025 for issuance of pattadar passbook and web land entries. Despite the petitioner’s persistent requests, the inaction of the respondent authorities in processing the petitioner’s application has constrained him to approach this Court.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the application submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing concerned authorities to consider the F-Line application No.DER012501568915, dated 08.09.2025

submitted by the petitioner for issuance of pattadar passbook and for mutation of his name in the web land entries and to pass appropriate orders, by following the due process of law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
