Heard Sri P. Anand Surya, learned Counsel representing Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Sri Panku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning and Sri Radhakrishna, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri V. Ch. Naidu, learned Standing Counsel for APEWIDC.

Having taken note of the contents of the Order passed by this Court dated 18.11.2025, wherein this Court had granted time to APEWIDC to obtain Written Instruction insofar as the second bill is concerned (Rs.19,13,940/-), Sri Radhakrishna, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri V. Ch. Naidu, learned Standing Counsel for APEWIDC, would submit that there is no dispute with regard to the said amount, but the bill has not been uploaded onto the CFMS Portal due to non-availability of funds.

Having regard to these facts, the bill for Rs.43,63,247/- has already been uploaded onto the CFMS Portal, and the second bill for Rs.19,13,940/- is yet to be uploaded, and since the dues of the 2^nd bill (Rs.19,13,940/-) is admitted by the Respondents, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition with a direction to all the Respondents, including Respondent No. 5, to complete the entire administrative process, including the uploading of the

second bill (Rs.19,13,940/-), both inter-departmental and intra-departmental by mutual cooperation and coordination within a period of sixteen (16) weeks from today and transfer the amount to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within four (04) weeks thereafter.
