This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“…pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of 6th respondent in registering FIR No- 51/2020 as against the petitioner, G. 0. No- 17 dated 03.01.2020 issued by 1st Respondent and consequential Memo in No- 14/SDO-J/ Gent/2020, dt- 24.01.2020 issued by the 5th respondent, are illegal, irregular, irrational, without any authority of law and violative of articles 14 and 20 of constitution of India and consequently quash the same and pass.…”

Heard Sri N. Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that based on the memo of the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Jangareddigudem, a case in Cr.No.51 of 2020 was registered.
