Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a direction, an order or a writ more particularly one in the nature of a writ of mandamus declaring that the action of the 5^th respondent in reverting from School Assistant to Secondary Grade Teacher and posting me at MPPS, Nasireddy Nagar, Tripuranthakam Mandal, Prakasam District vide Rc.No.SPL/A3/2025 dated 04.09.2025 is illegal and arbitrary and violation of Article 14 AND 21 of the Constitution of India and set aside the same and consequently direct the 5^th respondent to post at MPUPS Kopparam Santhamangaluru Mandal, Prakasam District and pass such other order.
