Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an Order or direction more particularly a Writ of Mandamus

declaring the proceeding in Lr.No.42050/APIIC/MSME Gandrajupalli/Chittoor/2021 dated 08.01.2025 wherein the 3rd Respondent rejecting for extension of time for impiementation of the project without supplying the copy of the minutes of EOT Committee dated 17.12.2024 as illegal, improper, unjust, arbitrary and contrary to law and further direct the 3rd Respondent to extend the time till 16.07.2025 for implementation of the project.
