Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the Endorsement dt. 07.04.2025 issued by 4th respondent, thereby rejecting petitioners F-Line Application dt. 07.04.2025, submitted through Mee-seva vide Application No. FSNV012500682890 for conducting survey and fixing boundaries for her agricultural land of Ac.0.73 cents in S. No. 1373-1A situated at Chintalapudi Village, Chintalapudi Mandal, Eluru District Erstwhile West Godavari District, on untenable ground that Application is Rejected due to The land mentioned has not been sub-divided in the governmentrecords, and since the boundary holders have not given their consent, there is no possibility of fixing the boundaries under Paragraph 20-(a) of BSO 34-A as illegal, irregular, irrational, amounts to non-discharge of legal obligation conferred on them under the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and Board Standing Order 34-A and 34-B of Andhra Pradesh Board of Revenue Standing Orders and offends Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 4 to 6 to conduct survey and fix boundaries for the aforesaid land and pass suchother order or orders.

The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief/s:

The petitioner herein filed F-Line Application dated 07.04.2025

¶31

through Mee-Seva vide FSNV012500682890 for conducting of survey and to fix boundaries to her agricultural land of Ac.0.73 cents in S.No.1373-1A, situated at Chintalapudi Village, Chintalapudi Mandal, Eluru District erstwhile West Godavari District, and the same is rejected by the Deputy Tahsildar, vide orders in R.C.No.FL/303209/2025, dated 07.04.2025. The same is assailed in the present Writ Petition.

Against the rejection order dated 07.04.2025 issued by the Deputy Tahsildar, appeal lies before the Appellate Authority under Section 11 of the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

Therefore, the petitioner is directed to file appeal before the Appellate Authority within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
