Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents-1 to 3 to Consider the Sports Certificates obtained by the Petitioner beyond 10 yrs. preceding the date of notification and called the Petitioner for interview for the selection of posts in Group-1 Services falling under 2% Sports quota along with other Candidates, being Conducted by the APPSC, as the Point No. XI in G.O. MS. No. 8 of YAT & C dated 23.11.2020, which is putting restricting on the validity of the Sports Certificates obtained by the Petitioner beyond ten years is quashed by the Hon’ble Division Bench1 of Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh in W.P.No.30343 of 2023; and as per the orders of the Hon’ble Division Bench-1 in CC No.2912 of 2024, when the Respondent-3 has also accepted, to consider the representation of the Petitioner and pass

The present Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in not allotting priority to the petitioner in the tentative priority list for Group-I Services based on their remarks as per the G.O.Ms.NO.8 dated 23.11.2020, the sports certificate prior to ten years from the date of notification for recruitment will not be considered for eligibility, as illegal, arbitrary.

In view of the letter dated 12.11.2025 addressed by Sri C.Harsha Vardhana Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner to the Registrar (Judicial) seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, pending if any shall stand closed.
