The present writ petition is filed questioning the suspension of the Petitioner vide Proceedings No.G1/100/2025, dated 04.07.2025 issued by Respondent No.3 as illegal and arbitrary.

This Court had passed an elaborate order dated 16.10.2025 suspending the impugned order of suspension dated 04.07.2025.

It is now represented by the learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader that pursuant to the Interim Order, the Petitioner has been reinstated into service.

Noting the said submission, the writ petition is closed making the interim order absolute. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
