The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action^ofthe 2nd respondent in issuing the proceedings in Procds.No.E4(2)/32045/2025 and Procds.No.E4(2)/32045/2025/1 dt. 15-7-2025 reverting the petitioners from the post of Deputy Executive Engineers to Assistant Executive Engineers, Public Health, Zone-Ill, without notice and without giving an opportunity is illegal, arbitrary.

The petitioners were selected through notification^No.6of 16 got issued by APPSC direct recruitment for appointment of Assistant Executive Engineer and appointed as Assistant Executive Engineer. Subsequently, the petitioners were promoted to the post of Deputy Executive Engineer vide proceedings^dated 22.01.2025 by the 2"^ respondent.

Questioning the promotion of the petitioners, the writ petition was filed before this Court vide W.P.No.820^of2025and pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court^on20.01.2025 and in compliance of the contempt case is filed vide^C.C.No.215 of 2025, the petitioners were reverted to the post of Assistant

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that W.P.No.820 of 2025 was dismissed as withdrawn. In that view, the petitioners are entitled for promotions to the post of Deputy Executive Engineer.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the issue of the petitioners would be considered and appropriate orders will be passed shortly.
