This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the Respondents in not disposing of the representation of the Petitioner dated 30.12.2024 for appointment as CTO for the NCC Unit at ZPHS Hussainapuram, Orvakal mandal, Kurool as illegal and arbitrary.

As per the information furnished by the Petitioner through letter dated 22.04.2025 that NCC unit is established at ZPHS Hussainapuram, Orvakal Mandal, Kurnool District, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand
