Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring The Petitioner most respectfully prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to 1) Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, quashing the order of suspension dated 05.03.2025, issued by Respondent No.3, suspending the Petitioner from service without prior notice or any opportunity of being heard. 2) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing Respondent No.3 to immediately reinstate the Petitioner to his position with full back wages and all consequential benefits. 3) Declare the suspension order as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of the principles of natural justice and Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India. 4) Award costs of this petition to the Petitioner. 5) Pass such other orders.
