This Writ Petition has been filed to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not granting affiliation for the Academic Year 2025-26 for Post Graduate Engineering Courses offered by the petitionerinstitution, despite collecting the affiliation fee and conducting inspection on 06.07.2025 without there being any reason and thereby disabling the petitioner-institution to participate in the APPGECET-2025 counseling, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently permit the petitioner-institution to participate in the APPGECET-2025 counseling.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Mathukumilli Sri Vijay, learned counsel for the petitioner-institution submits that no orders are required in the present Writ Petition, since the affiliation, for the Academic Year 2025-26 for Post Graduate Engineering Courses offered, is granted in favour of the petitioner-institution.
