This Writ Petition has been filed to declare the action of respondent Nos.3 to 5 in not issuing VII Class Pass Marks Memo of the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent Nos.3 to 5 to issue VII class pass memo to the petitioner.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Bharath Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Dr. Challa Srinivas Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that cause in the Writ Petition does not survive and the matter has become infructuous.
