The grievance of the petitioners is that respondent No.4 is not considering the F-Line application (Ex.P1) filed by them to survey the land in respect of Ac.1.06 cents in Sy.No.388-1 of the 1^st petitioner and Ac.1.07 cents in Sy.No.388-1 of the 2^nd petitioner of Raketla Village, Uravakonda Mandal, Anantapur District.

Heard Sri M. Karibasaiah, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Sri G.Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appeared for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 1^st petitioner owned Ac.1.06 cents in Sy.No.388-1 and 2^nd petitioner owns an extent of Ac.1.07 cents in Sy.No.388-1, Raketla Village, Uravakonda Mandal, Anantapur District. The petitioners made an F-line application vide FSNV012400445186 (Ex.P1). However, the same was not considered.

Sri G. Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondent No.4 will pass appropriate orders on the F-line application made by the petitioners vide Ex.P1, as per law. The same is recorded.

Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the respondent No.4 to pass appropriate orders (to survey and demarcate the boundaries as the A.P.Survey and Boundaries Act) on the F-line application made by the petitioners vide Ex.P1, strictly as per the law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
