Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus under Article 226 of Constitution of India declaring the action of the respondents are not fixing compensation amount to the petitioners land an extent of Ac.1.00 cents in Sy.No.462/7, and an Extent of Ac.1.60 cents in Sy No.462/2A situated at Manendram Village, Ramakuppam Mandal, Chittoor District respectively in pursuance of land Acquisition Notification No. 26/2025 dated 22.05.2025 as illegal and arbitrary is illegal, arbitrary, unjust, contrary to the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and violative of principles of Natural Justice and violation of articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents fix the compensation amount of petitioners land an extent of Ac. 1.00 cents in Sy. Heard Sri Kale Vijaya Raju, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri G.Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents 1 to 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 4^th respondent assigned an extent of Ac.1.00 cents in S.No.462/7 and Ac.1.60 cents in S.No.462/2A situated at Manendram village, Ramakuppam Mandal, Chittoor District. The revenue authorities updated the Record of Rights and issued Pattadar Pass Book to the petitioners. The petitioners also availed crop loan. He would also submit that the 2^nd respondent issued notification No.26 of 2025 dated 22.05.2025, intending to acquire land for the development of Green Field Airport at Kuppam. He would submit that in Form-C, the names of the petitioners are shown at Sl.Nos.108 and 110. He would submit that, without paying compensation, the respondents are proceeding further.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, on instructions, would submit that the authority will issue notices to the land owners and after receiving the willingness from the land owners in FormEI and the District Collector will issue a notification in Form-F. Thereafter, an agreement in Form-GI will be entered into, and the compensation will be paid to the landowners. He would submit that as of now, the authorities are at the stage of determining compensation, and the notices are being issued to the landowners for submitting their willingness in Form-EI.

The instructions of the District Collector, Chittoor, submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader are recorded and are made part of the record.

Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to follow the due procedure regarding the claim of the petitioners in respect of land of an extent of Ac.1.00 cents in S.No.462/7 and Ac.1.60 cents in S.No.462/2A situated at Manendram village, Ramakuppam Mandal, Chittoor District. No costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
