Heard Sri K.V.M.Chiranjeevi, learned counsel representing Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.V.Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 4.

The notice in respect of the 5^th respondent is dispensed with since no adverse order is passed affecting the interest of the 5^th respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed a statutory appeal under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act 1971, before the 3^rd respondent vide R.O.R.Appeal No.B/279/2025 (Ex.P1). The 3^rd respondent has not disposed of the appeal.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the 3^rd respondent will consider and pass appropriate orders in the appeal.

Given the facts and circumstances, without going into merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, with the

consent of both the learned counsel, directing the learned 3^rd respondent to dispose of the appeal vide R.O.R.Appeal No.B/279/2025 (Ex.P1), filed by the petitioner, strictly as per the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act 1971, and the Rules made thereunder as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
