ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 4^th respondent has encroached on the public road and made illegal constructions on the public road resulting in narrowing down the access of the petitioner and others.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed on record the report, dated 23.09.2025, of the Tahsildar, Dachepalli Mandal, Palnadu District, and the report was also submitted to the 2^nd respondent on 25.09.2025. The 2^nd respondent also issued a provisional order, dt.27.02.2025, calling upon the 4^th respondent to submit his explanation.

The learned counsel for the 4^th respondent submits that a detailed counter is filed. It is submitted that the patta certificates were issued to them in the years 1998 and 2008 and that they are in continuous possession and enjoyment. It is submitted that respondents 4 and 5 have submitted a reply to the 2^nd respondent to the provisional order dated 27.02.2025 and that the same is pending consideration with the 2^nd respondent.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for respondents 4 to 6, the writ petition can be disposed of directing the 2^nd respondent to pass
