The petitioner has approached this Court, contending that, her husband had been detained, on 22.06.2025 and had been produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bhimadole, only on 01.07.2025, after the present Writ Petition had been moved.

The respondents contend that the detenue was arrested, on 01.07.2025 and produced before the learned Magistrate, on 01.07.2025 itself.

As the question of whether the detenue had been detained on 22.06.2025 or 01.07.2025 requires further investigation, it would be appropriate to close this Writ Petition giving liberty to the petitioner or the detenue to raise these issues before the learned Magistrate.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
