This Writ Petition un d er Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed for the following relief:

agreement entered into in between the 3rd respondent and the petitioner on dated 22.12.2017 inspite of several demands including the representation dated 12.06.2021 as illegal ,arbitrary, violative and contrary to the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to pay the total outstanding due amounts together with interest 12 % p.a., and grant such other just relief or reliefs as this Honble court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interests of justice such other order or orders…..”

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that payment of the principal amount had been received and therefore, the petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the claim for interest.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Fisheries placed on record letter of the Deputy Director of Fisheries, Kurnool addressed to the Government Pleader for Fisheries, vide letter No.W.P.15437 / 2021 dated 16.07.2025 informing that the petitioner was paid Rs.8,57,831/- under three different bills and no further action is required.
