Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in placing me under suspension by its orders dated 27-07-2004 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of A.P.Cooperative societies Act and Rules made thereunder and consequently set aside the suspension orders dated 27-072004 and reinstate the petitioner forthwith and pass.
