ORDER:

The petitioner is challenging the proceedings in CC.No.194 of 2008 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class^-Cum- Special Mobile Court, Guntur and seeking quash of the case against the petitioner is arraigned as accused No.2.^ThisCourton 12.02.2024 directed the registry to call for remarks^ofthelearned Magistrate as to why the case of 2008 is still pending. A report was also called for by the learned Judge of this Court on 03.12.2024.

The learned Magistrate has sent the report submitting that the documents related to CC.No.194 of 2008 were submitted to this Court for reference in Crl.RC.No.1651 of 2009 and time was sought for submitting the said documents. The defactocomplainant is the petitioner therein.

The quash petition is filed seeking to quash the case pending before the Trial Court.
