Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that respondent No.3 is not considering the representations of the petitioner dated 29.07.2024 and 05.08.2024, for granting police protection for conducting meetings of Gram Panchayat, Mannava Village, Ponnuru Mandal, Guntur District.
