This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of

India seeking the following prayer;

“….pleased to pass an order to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 3 for not releasing the remaining amount Rs.16,225/(Rupees Sixteen Thousand Two Hundred and Twenty Five only) for the academic year 2018-2019 which is payable to the petitioner towards tuition fees reimbursement under the Jnanabhumi (RTF) scheme for the academic years 2015-2019 as arbitrary, illegal, unjust and contrary to G.O.Ms.No.66, dated 08.09.2010 of Social Welfare (SW.EDN.2) Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, besides being violative of the fundamental rights of the petitioner guaranteed under Article 14, 15 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the respondents herein to forthwith release the remaining amount Rs.16,225/- (Rupees Sixteen Thousand Two Hundred and Twenty Five only) towards the tuition fees reimbursement under Jnanabhumi RTF Scheme to the petitioner.”
