Petitions were filed before this Court and they werecarried in W.A.No.1033 of 2023 and batch. By an order dated 03.04.2025, a Division Bench of this Court appointed 2 nd respondent as Controller of 4*^ respondent Society for the purposesmentioned at para 45 of the said order. Pursuant to the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court, respondent was appointed as Administrator by 2"^ respondent. As registration of 4*^ respondent Society has not been renewed after the year 1962 and the Society is not in existence legally, the petitioner made a representation dated 18.07.2025 requesting 2"^ respondent to get 4*^ respondent Society registered by following the procedure established by law and to bring the bye-laws into force. Grievance of the petitioner is that so far, the said representation has not been considered by 2"^ respondent. 4. Heard. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, 2'^^ respondent is directed to dispose of the representation dated 18.07.2025 made by the petitioner herein, inaccordance with law, within a period of three (3) weeks from thedate of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, at the admission stage. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
