The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner’s representation dated 07.10.2024 (Ex.P4) has not been considered by respondent No.2.

Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner’s representation and pass appropriate orders, strictly as per the rules.
