The present Writ Appeal is filed against the common^orderdated 20.12.2018, passed in various writ petitions, setting aside the orders rejecting absorption of the writ petitioners against the aided posts of Lecturers in the respective private Managements and directing the Government to absorb the writ petitioners on the posts^{ofLecturersinthe} respective private Managements.

A Co-ordinate bench of this Court has dismissed the appeals filed against the same common order by a common judgment^{dated31.07.2020.} Against the same, the State filed SLP before the Hbn’ble^ApexCourtand the same was also dismissed by order dated 08.04.2025^{inSpecial Leave} to Appeal (C) No. 13643 of 2020.

In view of the above factual position, learned counsels^appearingon both sides submit that no further adjudication is required^{inthepresentWrit} Appeal.
