This civil revision petition is filed questioning the inaction on the part of the learned Judge, Family Court -cum-VI Additional District Judge, Kadapa ini not disposing of I.A.No.143 of 2024 in A.S.No.8 of 2024 filed to stay application of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner preferred an appeal in the year 2022 with a delay of 57 days. In delay petition, the respondent filed his counter. The said delay of 57 days was condoned vide I.A.No.1027 of 2023 dated 04.01.2024. It is further submitted that as against the order passed i m E.P.No.1 of 2023 in O.S.No.160 of 2017, the Executing Court passed an order prohibiting and restraining the petitioner from transferring or charging the property specified in the schedule until further orders in C.R.P.No.1649 of 2024 and the later C. R.P. was dismissed, It is further submitted that though the stay application in I.A.No.143 of 2024 in A.S.No.8 of 2024 is pending consideration, the present revision is filed seeking a direction to the lower Court to dispose of the said I.A.No.143 of 2024 in A.S.No.8 of 2024.

Right to expeditious trial ISi a right guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India and failure to dispose of the suit causing much delay at the cost of the parties would amount to denial of speedy trial. Therefore, learned Judge, Family Courtcum-VI Additional District Judge, Kadapa, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.143 of 2024 in A.S.No.8 of 2024 as early as

possible, particularly within a period not less than^{three(03)monthsfromthe}

date of receipt of a copy of this order.
