This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 02.11.2022 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.5318 of 2019.

¶50

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

¶51

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending contempt case, the respondents issued proceedingsdated 15.07.2025 complying with the orders dated 02.11.2022 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.5318 of 2019 and also issued Medical Board Certificate to the petitioner. Hence, the orders of this Court are complied with and no further orders are necessary.

Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. There^shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
