Report received from the Inspector of Police, Ponnur Town Police Station, Guntur District, wherein it is stated that the revision petitioner by name Movva Apparao, died on 14.04.2015. A photocopy of death certificate is also filed to that effect.

The material on record clearly shows the death of revision petitioner. Despite the death of revision petitioner long back, his legal representatives have not come forward to pursue the revision. It seems that they are not interested to prosecute the matter.

In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.

Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
