This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioner/complainant under Sections 397 and 401 of^{theCodeofCriminal} Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) assailing the Judgment dated 04.01.2007 passed in Crl.A.No.291 of 2005 on the file of VIII Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Guntur (for short, ‘the 1®* appellate Court), whereby the 1®* appellate Court partly allowed the appeal, filed by the 1®’ respondent/A.2 and acquitting her by setting aside the judgment dated 27.07.2005 in C.C.No.413 of 2004 on the file of VII Additional Munsif Magistrate, Guntur (for short, ‘the trial Court’) for^{theoffenceunderSection} 498-A of IPC. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that the Sub-Inspector of Police, Rathiapadu Police Station submitted a letter informing that the 1®* Respondent/A.2^{diedon16.03.2025at} her native village Angalakuduru, due to illness. He also placed a copy of Death Certificate. The material placed indicates that the unofficial 1 St respondent/A.2 died on 16.03.2025. In view of the death of 1®' respondent/A.2 the case against A.2 is to be abated.
