This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioner/accused No.4 under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) against the Order dated 31.08.2018 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3321 of 2018 in JCC.No.33 of 2015 on the file of learned IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur (for short, ‘the trial Court’).

2. Heard and perused the record.

3. As seen from the record, this Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order dated 31.08.2018 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3321 of 2018 in JCC.No.33 of 2015. The Crl.M.P.No.3321 of 2018 has been filed by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor under Section 319 of Cr.P.C. requesting the Court to add the another Juvenile in conflict with law in the J.C.C.No.33 of 2015. By impugned order dated 31.08.2018, the trial Court allowed the petition, by recording certain reasons. Against the said order, the petitioner herein preferred the revision.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the J.C.C.No.33 of 2015 is disposed of.

5. Recording the said submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the disposal of JCC No.33 of 2015, this Court finds the cause does not survive for adjudication and the matter would become infructuous.

6. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated and the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
