Learned counsel for the respondents filed memo along with certain documents dated 23.03.2023 of the trial Court i.e., Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kadapa, which shows that the complainant called absent, no representation and process is not filed and the complaint is dismissed under Section 204(4) of Cr.P.C.

Since this Criminal Revision Case is filed questioning the orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.92 of 2006, dated 11.01.2007 and in view of the dismissal of complaint, the Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous as cause does not survive.

In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as cause does not survive.

Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
