BNSS, has been filed by the Petitioner herein/A1, seeking regular bail, in crime No,540 of 2024 of MuwalaVaniPalem police station, vishakhapa{nam commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under sections 331 (3) and 305(a) of the BNS.

He further submI'tS that the petI-tiOner herel'n has fixed abode and hI'S Wife l's pregnant and nobody l's aval'Iable to look after her and he I-S ready {o furnish sufflcJ®ent suretl'es to the sail-SfaC{jOn Of the Court.
