The instant Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C has been filed by the Petitioner/Accused seeking to quash the proceedings^{inS.C.No.36of} 2021 on the file of Mahila Court-cum-VI Additional District Court, Visakhapatnam for the offences under Sections 376(1),^{417and420IPC.}
