The instant Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C has been filed by the Petitioner/Accused No.2. seeking to quash the oroceedings in FIR No.88 of 2021 on the file of Kovvuru Town Police Station West Godavari District registered for the offence under Section 420 read with 34 I PC and Section 7(1) of Essential Commodities Act.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri R.Siva Sai Swaroop, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that they intend to withdraw the petition and hence the petition may be disposed^of. 3. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. In that view of the matter, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
