Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has been complying the condition imposed by this Court without any deviation.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner/Al herein vide orders in CrI.PINo.1214 of 2025 dated 13.02.2025, i.e., the petitioner shall appear before the station House Officer concerned every Sunday bet^,een 10.00 am and 5.00 pm till filing of charge sheet, is hereby relaxed.
