Petition under Section 528 of BNSS is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions imposecj in CrI.P.No.795/2025 dt. 12-02-2025 by deleting the following charge: Petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concern ed once in a week i.e. on every Saturday between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till filing of charge sheet". Pending disposal of CRLP No. 795 of 2025, on the lie of the High Court. The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents^herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case). The Court made the following

“Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused^No.12and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

For the reasons mentioned in the petition, the Order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in CrI.P. No.795 of 2025, dated 12.02.2025, at paragraph No.6, directing the petitioner/accused^No.12to appear before the Station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e., on every Saturday between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.,^{ismodified.The} petitioner/accused No.12 shall now appear before the Station House Officer concerned as and when required.
