ORDER:

This Court vide order, dated 28.04.2023 disposed W.P.No. 17385 of 2021 directing the respondent authorities to complete the disciplinary proceedings as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order, or else, it is needless to say that the charges framed against the petitioner stands quashed automatically without reference to any further order of this Court. For non-compliance of the said order, the present contempt case is filed.

Learned Government Pleader, Sri Pullagura Nagaraju, appearing for the respondents has furnished the proceedings^inMemo No.C.No.51872A/ig.V(2)/2012, dated 23.05.2025.

As seen from the said proceedings, it transpires that the disciplinary proceedings initiated vide TEC.No.363/2013, dated 30.08.2018 against the petitioner are treated as closed. 4. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
