The above contempt case is filed complaining about the non implementation of the order dated 30.08.2024 in W.P.No.^19091of2024.

Heard learned counsel appearing on either side.

¶49

The petitioner filed W.P.No. 19091 of 2024, complaining non consideration of his case for promotion as Joint Director Fisheries, due to the pendency of the disciplinary proceedings, as illegal and arbitrary. The said writ petition was disposed of on 30.08.2024, directing the^{authoritiestoconsider} the case of the petitioner in terms of G.O.Ms.No.257^{GeneralAdministration} (Ser.C) Department, dated 10.06.1999, if the petitioner is in the zone of consideration and fulfils all requisite qualifications.

A reply was filed by respondent No.2. Along with the reply, the proceedings vide Memo No.2588803/Fish/A1/2025, dated 10.04.2025 were filed. By way of the memo, a speaking order was passed,^{andthesamewas} communicated to the petitioner.

Since a speaking order was passed and the same was^communicated to the petitioner, this Court does not find any violation^{oftheorderdated} 30.08.2024 in W.P.No.19091 of 2024.

Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Contempt Case is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the speaking order passed vide Memo No.2588803/Fish/A1/2025, dated 10.04.2025,^if aggrieved.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any,^{shallstandclosed.}
