This Contempt Case is filed for willful violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.4146 of 2024 on 18.04.2024, wherein this Court passed the following order:

“…In view of the above, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents to pay the admitted amount of Rs.9,26,018/- to the petitioner within a period for two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.”

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. Devasri Roshan Kancharla, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 18.04.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4146 of 2024 has been complied with by the respondents. Therefore, requested this Court to close the contempt case.
